The GSBS Office of Career Development is excited to pilot with the GSBS community a new version of the Individual Development Plan (IDP). This tool was custom designed to assist GSBS students as they navigate different phases of their scientific training and prepare for their future careers. This tool is being piloted for the academic 2020-2021 year, with plans to implement it for PhD students in 2021-2022 academic year. 

 

Your feedback is critical. Responses received will be utilized to further develop the GSBS IDP to best serve our community. In an effort to collect honest and open feedback, you may elect to answer or not answer any question.

In addition, this survey will remain anonymous and responses will only be reported in aggregate or in a deidentified manner. You may elect to indicate your name for private/internal use.
