You have been asked to participate in a study that asks about barriers to accessing sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening and testing. The purpose of this study is to examine the different factors that impact young people’s ability to seek and receive care in the Rio Grande Valley. This survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete and includes questions about demographic information, your current barriers and past experiences seeking care. Survey responses will be anonymous and no identifying information will be collected. Your participation is voluntary, and you can decline to answer any questions that you may feel are uncomfortable to you.
